Azumah Nelson sets off ‘Ghana@60 torch relay

 
Activities are underway across the country to mark the 60th anniversary of Ghana’s independence from British colonial rule on March 6, 1957.

As part of the activities, Ghanaian former professional boxer, Professor Azumah Nelson was handed over the ‘Ghana @60 Years On’ Torch after it was lighted by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The torch is expected to tour the ten regions of Ghana
