I proved my critics wrong - George Owu

Ashantigold goal keeper George Owu says he has been able to prove himself despite some people insisting he was too old.

Owu indicated that his output against Hearts of Oak has shut the mouth of his critics who thought he had nothing good to offer again.

“Some people say I am old but I was able to prove to them in the game against Hearts of Oak that I am still good,” Owu pointed out.

“I’m not old as you can see, I believe you all saw it yourself and people must stop calling me as an old player”

Ashgold are unbeaten in their last four GPL games.
